Customer Repair Agent

Salary: £28,801 per annum Contractual hours: 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday Contract type: Permanent

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Repair Agent to join our newly formed Customer Repairs Team. In this role, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all maintenance and repairs requests across our homes, ensuring they are effectively triaged by working closely with our surveyors and repairs team operatives.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate commitment and dedication to the work we undertake, as well as an eagerness to learn and develop.
You will also need to be a clear communicator, be able to work calmly under pressure and always represent the organisation in a professional and positive manner.
