Salary: £30,689  per annum  Contractual hours: 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday  Contract type: Permanent

To be the first point of contact for the IT Service Desk, providing support for all IT and for the Association colleagues, sites, and offices. To assist the Senior Technicians in providing IT services to the Association’s staff, ensuring the business’ IT systems and services are always available, up to date, and fit for purpose and the furtherment of the Association’s Digital Strategy.

Assist the Senior Technicians in maintaining and developing the Association’s server, storage, databases, applications, telephony, network infrastructure, and systems. Maintain and support Association equipment and software, including desktops, laptops, tablets, phones, printers, and back-office software and services. Maintain the Association’s digital assets, (hardware, software, services) including procurement, configuration, maintenance, integration, distribution, and disposal.
