Service Charge Consultation 2022

We are writing to you as your property is subject to a service charge. This service charge is based on actual expenditure throughout the year. This can mean that the amount you pay can increase or decrease each financial year.

However, before the new charges for April 2022 are implemented Taff Housing Association would like to offer you an opportunity to discuss the service charge and address any concerns or queries you may have.
