Regulatory Judgement
Taff is a registered social landlord, which means we are regulated by the Welsh Government.
This means that each year the Welsh Government will carry out a regulatory assessment or review which will look at our operations and performance. The assessment or review evaluates our effectiveness in delivering quality, affordable housing, as well as our governance and financial management.
