Meet our Executive Leadership Team

Josh joined Taff as a Housing Officer in 2009 and has over 16 years’ experience working in Social Housing.

He has worked in various different fields, including Housing Advice, Asylum Support and Housing Management.

He is passionate about the difference good quality homes and support can make to people’s lives and is focused on ensuring we deliver quality services.

In his spare time, he loves to get on his bike and if he wasn’t working in housing he would have undoubtedly been a professional football player.

Caroline joined Taff in January 2024.

Caroline is a qualified accountant and has spent nearly 20 years working in the charitable and public sector. Having worked in a number of business areas she decided that Social Housing was the area that really interested her, so she forged a careers in this sector over the last 10 years.

Outside of work Caroline likes to be outdoors walking her dog or travelling with family and friends.

If the careers adviser at school had talked about all the of the other career options instead of focusing on math’s skills, she would have been a Rally Driver!

David joined Taff in 2024 and brings 17 years of experience in social housing, specialising in repairs & maintenance, building safety and major works.

He has worked across a broad range of operational areas, leading teams and driving improvements in complex, high-pressure environments. David is passionate about the impact that safe, well-maintained homes have on people’s lives and is committed to delivering high-quality, customer-centred services.

Outside of work, David can usually be found following football or rugby, or acting as an unofficial taxi driver for his young family as they head to their own activities. And if he wasn’t working in housing, he would likely be chasing a dream career somewhere in the sporting world, ideally one that doesn’t require quite so many early mornings.
