Taff Housing has welcomed residents to 36 new homes built in Radyr as the construction of an innovative housing development is complete.  

Working in partnership with Hale Construction the scheme delivers much needed affordable housing in Cardiff. Aspects of the scheme have also been designed specifically to meet the needs of disabled residents.  

The development comprises of 18 one-bedroom apartments, 10 two-bedroom apartments and 8 three-bedroom homes – 4 of which are suitable for wheelchair users. It is the largest scheme Taff has completed in three years and is part of Taff’s ambitious development plans.   

 As well as helping deliver Welsh Governments ambition to deliver 20,000 affordable homes, the development has created local jobs, as well as several apprenticeships.
