Salary: £21,173 per annum Location: Barry  Hours/Basis:  31.5 hour per week – 7 Shifts per fortnight – 22:00 to 08:00, Rolling Rota covers 365 days of the year including bank holidays and weekends.

We are looking for caring and compassionate colleagues to assist support colleagues to deliver outcome focussed intervention to people living at our new supported accommodation project in the Vale of Glamorgan – Ty Catwg.  You will support, enable, and assist people aged 16+ who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and have complex needs to make positive and sustainable changes to their lives.

Estate Assistant – TAFF018

 

Salary: £10,017 per annum Location: Barry  Hours/Basis: 14 hours over 2 days (days can be negotiated with the successful candidate). Some flexibility will be required.

We are looking for a caring and compassionate person to work at our newly renovated 10 unit supported accommodation project in the Vale of Glamorgan.

You will be responsible for maintaining the project building, completing reactive and planned repairs (light to medium grade), decorating, procurement of furniture, estate materials and the reporting of maintenance issue to the Project Manager. You will also be responsible for assisting in maintaining the standards of health and safety around the building and preparing void properties to ensure that they are ready for new residents.
