Repairs and maintenance are the most important services we provide to you. That’s why we’re pleased to confirm that from the 7th of April 2025, Davies Contractors will be working alongside our in house-repairs team to help support our repairs and maintenance service.

What this means for you

While most of this work will continue to be carried out by our in-house repairs team, Davies Contractors will help us deliver:

  • Out of hours emergency repairs
  • Day-to-day repairs – when our repairs team is at full capacity
  • Void property works – getting homes ready for new tenants
  • Planned maintenance works – roofs, fencing and larger repairs
Do I need to do anything differently?

No, you’ll report repairs as you usually do. The only change is that some repairs and maintenance work may now be completed by Davies contractors.
