An exciting new Leadership Development Programme has been launched at Taff in partnership with Sweeetmans following a successful tender. Lead@Taff will equip leaders within Taff to ensure that their teams and the business can grow through exceptional leadership.

Sweetmans are a Welsh based business, holding B-Corp status which means they balance profit with purpose. They have worked across a diverse range of sectors and are a team of experienced coaches, facilitators and consultants who share a passion for making a positive impact on people and business.

Louisa Neale, Head of People and Culture at Taff said that “Sweetmans had provided a vast amount of evidence of working with leaders that will help recognize the habits, attitudes and behaviours that have a big impact on leading our people. As we move to a new chapter of Taff, this is an exciting partnership that will help re-define our culture and shape our future.”

The partnership is the latest in new ways that Taff will be supporting leaders across the organisation and will be tailored to business & individual needs.

On the partnership,  Sweetmans said:

“We are delighted to have been selected as Taff’s leadership development partner. We look forward to working with you to define, and develop, a leadership culture that’s unique to you and that will support the delivery of your corporate plan and reflect your values. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you all and we look forward to building a positive and productive partnership!”
