We are pleased to launch our new Customer Service Standards! These have been developed in partnership with colleagues and customers. We wanted to clearly set out the standard of service you can expect from us as a housing association who is committed to providing great homes and services.
Our Customer Service Standard sets out
  • how we aim to deal with your enquiries quickly
  • how long we will take to get your repair done
  • what to expect when we visit your home
  • how we will look after communal areas
  • what you can expect from us if you are a victim of anti social behaviour
  • how to get involved and make your voice heard
